Individual counseling sessions support you in working through challenges and building a more fulfilling life.  Therapy sessions are conducted one-to-one between

you and your therapist via our

secure, convenient website, or in-person.

Without insurance or if we're out-of-network, private pay is $160 per one hour session.

With insurance, simply pay

your copay per session

Calm Within Counseling promotes overall health and wellness. We believe walking helps stimulate the brain in unique ways and assists with processing in therapy sessions. You and your therapist meet up and take a gentle walk together while having a therapy session. These one hour sessions occur outside the normal office setting – on a local walking trail, a park, or other agreed upon location. This offers a unique way to connect for counseling. Walk and Talk therapy is not strenuous exercise, there's no specific level of fitness required. Your therapist follows your pace -- with many opportunities to stop, rest, and reflect. Provide your group with a mental health focused workshop to promote positive connection in your organization, school, or company.  Educational topics are customizable to your organization's needs and may include:

Mutual respect, stress management techniques, healthy productivity, work/life balance, time management, communication skills, and many more. 

60 minute Workshop = $350

Bring peace and healing to your organization/group through sound. Stress melts away as you listen to calming tones, played from high-grade crystal singing bowls.  These relaxing sounds coupled with a gentle meditation offers a unique, soothing experience from therapist Courtney Vastine.

60 minute Sound Bath =  $250
